How Does Qtc Work?
It's an online training program where you login and access your daily duties. You follow the daily instruction and log your workouts and meal.
Does it come with a Meal Plan?
Yes , we have a meal plan guideline that helps you to know what you can eat to see best results
How long does the program last?
14 days of training. You engage in exercise for 30 minutes either in the am or pm.
